About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous Legal & Compliance Executive to join our growing team. This role is critical to ensuring every property transaction handled by FiveX Growth Realty meets the highest standards of legal scrutiny and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- arrow_rightReview property title documents, sale deeds, and lease agreements
- arrow_rightEnsure compliance with RERA regulations across all transactions
- arrow_rightCoordinate with external lawyers for litigation and dispute resolution
- arrow_rightPrepare and vet legal documentation for transactions
- arrow_rightMaintain a database of all ongoing legal matters
- arrow_rightBrief clients on legal aspects of their property investments
Requirements & Qualifications
- check_circleLLB degree from a recognized university
- check_circleMinimum 3 years in real estate legal practice
- check_circleStrong knowledge of RERA, Transfer of Property Act, and related statutes
- check_circleExperience with property title clearance and registration processes
